It's been another busy two weeks and we've got some exciting progress to share!

We're now moving forward with two production batches at the same time, while our engineering team continues to release new software updates every week.

And this week, another customer shared some exciting results from tracking his Bía Sleep journey with a Garmin watch.

"The Bia sleep mask has helped increase my Garmin Sleep Score from 80 to average above 92 across multiple days of endurance workout sessions up to 4.5 hrs in length, and has improved the quality of my sleep for better and faster recovery."

Timeline Update

Batch #1: 1,000 Masks

PCB assembly is underway!

Right now, our manufacturer is soldering the electronic components onto the printed circuit boards (PCBs), a process that takes about two weeks.

From there, they'll spend another two weeks loading firmware, running tests, and completing quality control checklists before moving to final assembly.

Batch #2: 2,000 Masks

PCB production is now underway!

We're now running overlapping production batches, allowing us to keep manufacturing moving as each batch progresses through the different stages.

Software Improvements

Since we launched Beta we've released app and firmware updates every week.

We've already fixed a long list of issues involving Bluetooth & Wifi connectivity, confusing menus, and other small frustrations that customers have brought to our attention.

Every issue we fix now is one less issue for the next group of customers to experience.

So while your mask is moving through production, our software team is working through the feedback from Beta customers to make your first nights with Bía as smooth as possible.
