Beta is live, customers are coming online, and we’re learning a lot.

Beta Progress

We’re running Beta to find the rough edges early, fix them quickly, and improve the whole experience from unboxing to your first night. Here’s where things stand at the end of the week:

• 310 active Beta customers
• 1,906 sleep sessions
• 162 survey responses

That's a lot of nights!

For the very first time Bía is being used by hundreds of real people all across Canada and the USA.

We've had some great feedback come in including a customer who gave us permission to share his experiment he is running using his Eight Sleep

Influencers

If you're wondering why you haven't seen Bía surface with your favourite tech reviewer or sleep podcaster yet, it's because we have a "No Free Product" policy.

There are thousands of you who believed in us early, supported us, have been waiting patiently, and have helped make this product possible. There are also a lot of people who genuinely need to improve their sleep but can’t afford Bía at this time.

So with limited number of units being produced in each batch, it doesn't feel right to send a free mask to an influencer before sending one to you.

What that means If you see someone talking about Bía, it means they are a customer who paid for the product, joined the journey, and is sharing their real experience.

Timeline Update

No major changes from what we mentioned in Founders Update 70, but we know this is top of mind for everyone.

We've shipped 500 units, we're currently in production for a batch of 1000, and we plan on starting our next batch of 2000 in the next few weeks.
