Pre-Order Policy
Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions within this pre-order policy before completing your purchase.
We will work hard to ship the Bía Smart Sleep Mask in accordance with the expected shipping date. If this changes, we will contact you via email.
Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and remain current. Please email us at [email protected] if you need to update any of this information.
Pre-order Registration
When placing a pre-order, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Bía shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes inaccurate, and Bía shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product shipment by sending an email to [email protected].
All pre-orders are handled through Shopify Pay. Placing a pre-order constitutes your express consent to the company to charge your provided payment method.
The purchase price does not include import duties, and other government charges, which are your responsibility. Bía Smart Sleep Mask will be shipped from both the USA and Canada.
Cancellation
You can cancel your pre-order and request a refund up to 60 days after you have received your Bía Smart Sleep Mask. To initiate a cancellation, please follow the cancellation process:
- Step 1: Email [email protected] with your order number and cancellation request.
- Step 2: Receive a confirmation email from Bía.
- Step 3: Once confirmed, we will cancel your order and process your refund. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
For customers who purchased the Premium and Ultra package:
- Once the Beta Bía Smart Sleep Mask has shipped, only the full price of the Bía Smart Sleep Mask and it's Premium Skin are refundable.
