The principle of neurofeedback is very simple. If you have a feedback about your cerebral activity, you are able to learn gradually to control this very activity.

Bía uses Functional Near Infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRS) to accurately track your sleep stages. It works by using specialized light that passes through your skin and reflects off of blood cells in active areas of your brain.
