Bía Sleep encourages your brain to transition and stay in a desired sleep state using Neurofeedback. This gentle guidance has a lasting effect as it trains your mind to enter each sleep state faster.

For neurofeedback to work, we use functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) to measure brain activity. fNIRS allows us to get a deep understanding of sleep activity, even when you toss and turn, without making contact with the skin. It's the perfect choice for sleep.

Once measured, Bía Sleep plays back your brain activity using bone-conduction audio. This technique is known to help reduce stress by activating a calming sensation. Bía Sleep's Neural Soundscapes has been shown to double deep sleep.

If your order includes a Premium Skin, you can choose your preferred colour in your account.

If you originally selected Green, you'll notice it's been updated to Blue by default, but you can change it to any available colour. Green didn’t meet minimum order quantities, but we’ll let you know if it comes back in the future.

Bía is intended for adults aged 19 and older. Bía Sleep is helpful for individuals who look to establish a healthy brain routine aimed at mastering sleep.

It is important to understand that Bía Sleep is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosing or treating clinical or mental health conditions. We're focused on helping people sleep by creating cutting-edge technology products intended for general use. If you have, or think you have, a condition, you should speak to your doctor before you use Bía Sleep.

Bía Sleep was created by side-sleepers, for side sleepers.

Bía is made with soft materials that are breathable and light. Since it has no hard parts along the sides of the head, you won't feel any unwanted pressure - no matter the position you sleep in.

Bía Sleep is designed to fit all head shapes, big or small, perfectly. We include an adjustable strap with every purchase. If the adjustable strap is too big or too small, please message us for a replacement.

Access to all features upon release as well as any features we add in the future

This includes Neurofeedback, Guided meditation, Time Shift to adjust to new time zones when traveling, Bluetooth Streaming with Auto-Pause so you don't lose your place in your audiobook when you fall asleep, and many more!

The Bía Smart Sleep Mask is designed to function throughout the night without a Bluetooth or Wifi connection. The only time connectivity is needed is when you're selecting your program before bed, in the morning when you wake up to upload your sleep stats, and when you choose to play your own music through its built-in speakers.

Cleaning the Bia Sleep Mask is super easy.

Simply remove the electronics, throw the remaining layers in the wash with the rest of your laundry, and lay flat to dry

We are so confident that you will love it, you can return Bía up to 60 days after you receive it for a full refund. That's two months to try it out, see if it works for you, and return it if we don't improve your sleep.

It's our way of showing that we're absolutely committed to helping you sleep better and not just another pre-order that makes big promises and doesn't deliver.
