Michael here with a quick update this week.
Currently, we have 10 Beta customers actively sleeping with their Bía Sleep Mask and the early signs are exciting!
Many customers currently track their sleep with an Apple Watch, Whoop, or Oura Ring, so it's easy to see how well Bía is working. Some of our Beta customers have seen their sleep score jump 20% since the very first night.
Reminder: Beta is a closed-group of 500 early customers who volunteered to test Bía and provide feedback back when we first launched the website.
At the same time we’re finding small bugs in the app, learning where the experience can be smoother, and pushing fixes so that by the time Bía arrives at your doorstep, it feels polished, stable, and ready.
We have another 150 units shipping next week with all Beta units planned on being delivered by the end of the month.
Now that we're shipping, we plan on increasing prices. If you haven’t ordered yet, now is the time to get in before the price changes.
We have hundreds of ideas saved in our future roadmap. For now, we're focused on delivering every pre-order, supporting customers, and making the first Bía experience great. Once all pre-orders are delivered, we’ll begin putting together the roadmap for 2027.
Yes. Bía needs contact with your forehead, so CPAP masks that cover the nose and mouth should work well. You may notice a small amount of light leakage depending on the fit, but the core experience should still work.
We’re actively working toward selling Bía in Europe but there is still a lot of work ahead of us including data residency, warehousing, returns, translations, product manuals, and regional setup. But the door is open, and we’re moving forward.
