We’ve been on the ground at the factory for the past three weeks, working side by side with our manufacturing partners.

Long days. 12 hours a day. 7 days a week...

The good news is... all these long days are paying off!

Reliability Testing

Right now we're laser focused on stability.

During this initial production run we put each unit through long testing cycles that last up to 12 hours. These tests are designed to simulate real-world use across an entire night.

These tests are catching the tough bugs that only show up after hours of continuous use, under pressure, across edge cases.

And every time we find one, we fix it, and we test again.

This does add time to the process, but we believe it’s the right tradeoff. When Bía reaches you, it needs to work all night, every night. Waiting this long only to receive a mask that cuts out mid-sleep is not the experience we’re here to deliver.

So we're taking the extra time now while it’s still in our hands.

We’re also using this phase to take a deeper look at our timelines as testing continues. We know trust is earned through what we deliver, and that’s exactly what we’re focused on.
