Before we jump into the production update I want to take a moment to share some great news: 

We welcomed two new team members to Bía this week!

One is focused on supply chain and logistics, making sure your mask moves from factory to doorstep as fast and smoothly as possible.

The other is an applied scientist dedicated to one mission: making Bía the most accurate sleep tracker in the world.

And it’s already paying off.

In our internal testing, we’re seeing major gains across the board, especially in deep sleep where I personally moved from 1:15 hours of deep sleep to 2:00 of deep sleep. Screenshots in the video below.

Production Update

During final stress testing of our first 500 Beta units, we discovered a reliability issue in one of the high-speed data lines inside the electronics.

We worked directly, in-person, with the engineers on the factory floor, identified the root cause, and implemented a fix.

Production will restart shortly. The delay is measured in weeks, not months.

Shipping timelines will be updated in your account once we are fully ramped up again. New orders placed today are expected to deliver in late June.

We are building this the right way. Not "almost ready". Not "good enough". This will be, "best sleep ever" ready.
