Today, we're launching the Account Page.

This might sound simple, but behind the scenes it’s been a major lift. Our operations team worked hard to migrate every single order into our new system, ensuring your details, preferences, and perks came with you.

Before you jump in, take a moment to read this whole email. A few things have changed, and we want to make sure everything looks right when you log in.

You can now log in using the email you used when placing your order.

What’s New in Your Account 🚀

Delivery Timeline: We’ve added an estimated delivery window for your order. This will update in real time as we move through production.

Shipping Address: Moving? No problem. You can now update your shipping address anytime before your mask ships. If you're part of Beta, take a moment to make sure your address is up-to-date.

Premium Skin Color: Want to switch it up? You can now change the color of your premium skin right from your account. This is only for our Premium and Ultra customers.

Production Details: Exactly where we are in the mass production process. 

Big Upgrades to Your Account 📦

We’ve updated every order to reflect exactly what you’ll be receiving when Bía ships. We’ve triple-checked everything, but if you see something off, just reply to this email with a screenshot and we’ll take care of it.

Lifetime Subscription: All customers will see the lifetime subscription added to their account. This unlocks features like Time Shift, Bluetooth Streaming, Lucid Dreaming, and more.

Complimentary Travel Case: If you ordered before September 13, 2024, a free travel case has been added to your account as a thank-you for your early support. For everyone else, travel cases will be available for purchase soon.

Premium & Ultra Customers: You’ll now see that you’re receiving: 1x Bía Smart Sleep Mask in Grey + 1x Premium Skin in your selected color. You can easily unzip the mask, take out the electronics, and swap it for another colour. That's two full sets so you always have a fresh one ready to go.

Green Premium Skin: If you selected Green, we have some bittersweet news. Green was very rarely selected and as a result, we weren’t able to meet the minimum order quantities to manufacture it. It was my personal favorite, and I'm just as disappointed.

That said, I’ve updated your order to default to Blue, but you’re welcome to choose any other color that’s available. And don’t worry, I've marked your account, and if Green ever makes a comeback, you’ll be first on the list.
