Manufacturing Progress

Beta production is officially underway, and we’ve cleared major milestones across the board. Here's what’s finished and ready for final assembly:

The following pieces have finished production and are ready for final assembly:

• Mainboards, USB boards, and button boards
• Foams, fabrics, and silicone housings
• Bone-conduction speakers, haptics, and batteries
• Charging cables and adapters
• Light guides, QA software, and testing jigs
• 270 of the 272 microchips used on each PCB

We’re nearly there!

The last two chips are ordered and arriving soon. Once they do, we’ll begin final assembly, packaging, and shipping to Beta customers.

Sourcing is underway for all components for every single preorder. That means we're going straight into full-scale production shortly after Beta.
