Production-Ready Samples

Let’s talk about color. We now have samples in both black and blue, and they come with a series of key improvements:

• Softer foam in high-pressure areas for better overnight comfort
• Extended length to reduce pressure points over the ears
• Updated sensor rail with a new lock system that secures the housing to the fabric for more accurate overnight readings
• Improved button and USB placement for easier pairing, volume control, and powering on and off
• A new zipper design that’s smoother to open and close

These updates directly reflect the feedback we received during Beta Phase One. They’re all about improving comfort, usability, and reliability.

We still have a few minor tooling tweaks to make, which we’ll be handling live on-site here at the factory. But what we now have in-hand is very close to what will be shipped.
