Michael here with a big update! It's time to talk about the insights we learned through Beta Phase #1 and reveal the changes we're making to make sure the Bía you recieve is comfortable, stays on all night, and works for everyone.

As a recap, our Beta program is a closed group of 500 people that are testing the mask to ensure you are getting the best sleep mask on the planet.

Over the last month we had 500 Beta customers provide massive insights with 852 pieces of written feedback, 218 photos, and 92 phone calls.
It’s been amazing. We loved hearing from everyone. Even better? 496 of Beta Customers said they were excited for Phase Two. That says everything.
Thanks to your input, we’ve updated our designs and kicked off tooling for the next version. Here’s what’s coming:
Improved comfort: We adjusted the angle and coverage so the mask no longer applies excess pressure to your ears, forehead or nose.
Softer feel: New foam process = improved cushion and softness.
We've also fixed some smaller cosmetic details
- We’ve partnered with a new manufacturer to deliver a sleeker, stretchier, and more durable strap that stays put even for those who toss and turn all night long.
- A sleeker D-ring with better shape and finish
- A hidden “parking garage” for the zipper
- A more thoughtful care tag (out of the way or removable.

Highlights were modern, sleek, elegant, and luxurious. Some thought it was bulky. Honestly when comparing Bía to your average sleep mask without all the tech and electronics… it makes sense.
100% blackout. It’s been a standout moment for everyone who’s tried Bía.
We landed at 3.54 out of 5, mainly due to those dense areas we’re fixing. We’re confident we’ll cross 4.0 in Phase Two.
We had 12 Beta customers try Bía with their CPAPs, all of them enjoyed the experience, and generally they rated it more comfortable than others.
Exactly 80% of users went with the large strap, 20% with the small. That covered everyone comfortably.
Bía has been tested with lashes as long as a size 16. We believe longer lashes should work but we haven't found anyone to do a true test with yet.
Beta customers tossed Bía into bags and suitcases without any noticable damage to the foam or fabric. In a future update we'll dive into the intense lab tests that we subject Bía to.
