Over the past week, you’ve sent us bugs, ideas, photos, comments, and plenty of detail about what it’s actually like to sleep with Bía.
We’re reading your feedback, triaging it, and most importantly… we’re acting on it.
A few quick reminders
- Read the Getting Started Guide: It covers how to ensure Bía is comfortable, how to control volume, how to manage alarms, and other tips for your first nights with Bía.
- Sleep Statistics are coming later in Beta: We’re analyzing sleep data and validating our models so we’re confident in our accuracy before showing you Statistics.
- Keep the feedback coming: Shake your phone while using the Bía app to report a bug or suggest an improvement.

Make sure your Bía is up to date
To trigger a firmware update:
- Connect Bía to Wi-Fi using the App.
- Plug Bía into power.
- Leave it connected while the update installs.
- Bía may restart up to two times during the process.
At the moment it isn’t clear that Bia is performing a firmware update, we're working on making this process more visible.
We’re analyzing sleep data and validating our models so we’re confident in our accuracy before showing you Statistics.
During a session, click either button to adjust the volume. You might have to click the buttons multiple times to raise or lower the volume to your prefered level.
To trigger a firmware update:
- Connect Bía to Wi-Fi using the App.
- Plug Bía into power.
- Leave it connected while the update installs.
- Bía may restart up to two times during the process.
