Join us as the Lead Creative and embark on a heroic mission to revolutionize sleep with the Bía Smart Sleep Mask. Your mission will be creating, managing, and fine-tuning our creative assets which result in deep connections with current and future customers.

During your remote, 4-day workweek, we will give you everything you need to be 100% successful. You will never contribute more to a mission than here. To finish the week, you get a full extra day off to recoup, relax, and live life your way.

We also regularly meet up throughout the year for all-expenses paid, global team-building get-togethers. You will travel the globe on our dime.

Everyone on the team is proactive and hungry to build something meaningful. We hire people that need to be slowed down and encouraged to take vacation, rather than people who always need encouragement to speed up.

• Bachelor's (or higher, e.g., MS, or PhD) degree in Art, Design, or related design field, or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative production role for consumer products, with a preference for regulated environments such as healthcare, supplements, and wearables.
• Experience designing assets that have resulted in increased marketing efficiency.
• Experience writing for conversion optimized copy. This could be email campaigns, advertisements, scripts, etc.
• Experience writing to a specific brand voice. This could be ghost writing, writing for an app, or corporate communications.
• Experience contributing to go-to-market strategies, specifically, in areas such as PR.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior creatives, make design decisions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong biohacking background and engagement with the biohacking community.
