Join us as the Mobile App Engineer and embark on a heroic mission to revolutionize sleep with the Bía Smart Sleep Mask. Your mission will be creating, managing, and fine-tuning our mobile app which result in deep connections with our customers.

During your remote, 4-day workweek, we will give you everything you need to be 100% successful. You will never contribute more to a mission than here. To finish the week, you get a full extra day off to recoup, relax, and live life your way.

We also regularly meet up throughout the year for all-expenses paid, global team-building get-togethers. You will travel the globe on our dime.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of development experience. Ideally 3+ years in iOS development and 2+ years in Flutter mobile development, demonstrating proficiency in architecting cross-platform solutions.
• UI/UX Implementation: Transform design specifications into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
• Animation Implementation: Transform static designs into beautiful animations that work on all required devices
• Data Modeling: Transform, store, transfer, and retrieve data from device and cloud.
• Code Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery consumption across different devices and platforms.
• API Integration: Design and implement robust API integration layers to interact with new and existing backend implementations, ensuring efficient data synchronization and offline capabilities.
• State Management: Implement and optimize state efficient management solutions, ensuring clean architecture and maintainable code.
• Native Features: Integrate platform-specific features and capabilities through native plugins and custom platform channels when required.
• Testing Strategy: Develop and maintain comprehensive testing strategies, including widget tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing.
• Build and Deploy: Contribute to maintaining and improving the CI/CD pipeline, and manage the release of apps to the App Store and Play Store.
• Code Quality: Implement and maintain coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure proper documentation of components and features.
